Board of Trustees
Emeriti is governed by its Board of Trustees. Members of the Board include individuals chosen from the wider academic community, as well as experts in health policy, law and finance.
The Emeriti Advisory Council exists to assist the Board of Trustees in carrying out its duties in the best interests of the Corporation by:
- Providing information to the Board from member institutions on the services provided by the Corporation to member institutions and participants of the Consortium and on how well the design and operation of the Consortium facilitate the delivery of those services;
- Making recommendations to the Board on the future development of the Consortium by, for example, recommending new products and services to consider offering to member institutions;
- Offering advice concerning other matters on which the Board may seek the counsel of the Advisory Council.
