DocFind

DocFind is Aetna's online provider directory. You can access it by clicking here or from Aetna's home page at www.aetna.com or through Aetna Navigator. Updated three times a week and available also in Spanish, DocFind gives you the most recent information on Aetna's network* doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other providers. You can search for:

• All Aetna preferred providers in a given area, by entering a zip code and indicating the number of miles you're willing to travel, or a specific provider.
• Aetna participating pharmacies

For each provider, DocFind provides information about his or her credentials and practice, including education, board certification, languages spoken, office location and hours, and parking and handicapped access.

IMPORTANT NOTE: With the Medicare Supplement Plans you can utilize any doctor or provider that accepts Medicare, not only those in Aetna's network.

With the PFFS medical plans, you can utilize any doctor or provider that accepts PFFS, not just those in Aetna's network. You will need to check with your providers to make sure that they accept PFFS.

For Pre-65 Dependent Coverage
With the pre-65 dependent coverage, if you choose a provider in Aetna's network, the plan pays a higher level of benefits. You can access Aetna’s provider directories for the Emeriti pre 65 retiree medical plans in your area by clicking here.

Aetna provides all coverage for institutions and their retirees in 48 states and the District of Columbia. For institutions and their retirees in Minnesota, HealthPartners provides comprehensive coverage, and Aetna provides prescription drug only plans. For institutions in Minnesota, and their retirees residing in Minnesota, HealthPartners provides comprehensive coverage, and Aetna provides a prescription drug-only plan. If your institution has fewer than 50 employees, your Emeriti insurance option will be limited to a separate insurance offering mandated by your state insurance department as part of small group insurance reform.
