If you are a retiree of an Emeriti member institution and want to enroll in the Emeriti Health Insurance Plan Options, call an Emeriti Specialist at 1-866-EMERITI.

To enroll in the Emeriti Health Accounts online, follow the steps below.

1. When you are ready to enroll, click the "Enroll online now" link below, which will take you to the Fidelity NetBenefits^® login page.

2. Set up your PIN to access NetBenefits^SM by selecting "Create Your PIN."

3. Enter your Social Security number, fill in the requested personal information to ensure your security, then type in a PIN of your choosing (6-12 characters in length).

4. Select "Begin Enrolling" to get started.

5. Confirm your mailing address that is on file from your institution.

6. If your institution allows you to make voluntary contributions to your Emeriti Health Account²), the "Select Your Payroll Deduction" screen is where you can select how much you want to contribute to your Health Account, on either a percentage or a flat-dollar basis (depending on your institution's plan), out of each paycheck.

7. "Choose Your Investments" is where you select the appropriate investment options in which to invest your employer's and your voluntary²) contributions to your Health Account(s).

8. Confirm the selections that you made, and the process is complete. A confirmation of your elections will be mailed to your address on file. Now you can choose "View Your Account" to go into NetBenefits^SM and view and transact on your Health Account(s), as well as use planning tools to help you better prepare for retirement.

9. To add dependents to your Emeriti Health Account, call 1-866-EMERITI (1-866-363-7484).

¹In order to be eligible to participate in the Emeriti Program, your employing institution must be a member of the Emeriti Program. If your employing institution is a member of the Emeriti Program, you must also satisfiy your institution's eligibility criteria for enrollment. Check your institution's Emeriti Summary Plan Description or call 1-866-EMERITI for eligibility critera information.

² You may be able to make voluntary employee contributions to your Health Account if your institution has elected to include them as part of its Emeriti Plan design. Under federal law, institutions with fewer than fifty employees cannot allow employee voluntary contributions.
